Apple TV Suffers Brief Outage for Thousands of Viewers

Apple TV has restored service after an April 16 outage that lasted a few hours for thousands of U.S. users, says outage tracker Downdetector.com, an outage tracker. So reports Reuters.

Apple As many as 6,000 viewers lost service from Apple’s TV platform at the peak of the outage.

The cause of the outage was unclear, and Reuters was unable to reach Apple for comment prior to publication.
