Venerable cybersecurity firm McAfee has raised $620 million in an initial public offering, with shares priced at $20 each. So reports Reuters.

McAfee Based on total outstanding shares, the IPO set McAfee’s valuation at $8.6 billion.

MCAfee had set a target price range of between $19 and $22.
