Microsoft has announced its acquisition of CyberX, a cybersecurity startup focused on the Internet of Things and industrial control systems. So reports TechCrunch

Internet of thingsWhile terms of the deal were not disclosed, TechCrunch reports that sources say the price was “in the region of $165 million.”

Microsoft and CyberX previously announced a partnership in March, integrating the software giant’s Azure cloud platform into the CyberX environment.
