Government Agencies Team Up to Bolster Domestic Cybersecurity

The Department of Defense reached an agreement with the Department of Homeland Security to mutually defend each other’s cyberspace. So reports the Federal News Network.

Part of the plan will involve identifying and prioritizing sensitive domestic infrastructure for protection. The two departments also signed an agreement to create a “joint steering group” to oversee mutual cyber operations and share information.
