SSN’s Among Data Feared Breached in NASA Cyber Attack

NASA administration is worried a possible October cyber attack may have compromised employee information. So reports SpaceNews.

The troubled agency’s servers were said to have had information about former and current employees, including social security numbers, stored on them. The scope of the breach is unclear, however, it’s possible employee data dating back to 2006 was affected. Operations-related systems were not impacted by the breach.
