One in three companies say they lack the time and resources to avoid a data breach, a new survey finds. So reports ZDNet.

Ponemon Institute, an information security researcher, polled more than 600 cybersecurity professionals across 15 industries, with 72% of respondents working at organization of more than 1,000 employees. The survey, sponsored by cybersecurity firm Balbix, identified an inability to keep up with software patching as a “key vulnerability.”
