Marriott Hit with Massive Class-action Lawsuit

Marriott is facing a sprawling class-action lawsuit over a data breach the hotel chain disclosed last year. So reports the Associated Press.

The lawsuits have been filed in federal court on behalf of plaintiffs in all 50 states, plus Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Marriott recently said the breach affected about 383 million customers.
