Hackers Access Panasonic’s Internal Network in Data Breach  

Panasonic has acknowledged a data breach following unauthorized access to the Japanese tech behemoth’s internal network. So reports TechCrunch.

panasonicPanasonic said in a press release that along with running its own inquiry, the company is “​​currently working with a specialist third-party organization to investigate the leak and determine if the breach involved customers’ personal information and/or sensitive information related to social infrastructure.”

Panasonic provided few other clear details, but the breach announcement arrives about a year after a ransomware attack on Panasonic India.
