Cybersecurity Pioneer Alan Paller Dead at 76  

Alan Paller, founder of the SANS Institute, has died at age 76, the cybersecurity training organization confirmed. So reports The New York Times.

SansPaller founded SANS, which instructs 40,000 cybersecurity professionals annually, in 1988.

Paller was early to recognize the U.S. shortfall in cybersecurity talent. His cause of death was not announced.
