Tech Co. TTEC Confirms 'Incident' Leading to Disruptions  

A TTEC spokesperson has acknowledged a “cybersecurity incident” that resulted in some of the customer experience technology company’s data being encrypted and “business activities at several facilities [being] temporarily disrupted.” So reports ZDNet.

TTECTTEC’s customers include corporate giants like Verizon, Best Buy, Dish Network, Bank of America and Kaiser Permanente.

Although the TTEC spokesperson declined to confirm the presence of ransomware, the company reportedly emailed employees warning them not to clink on a type of link associated with a notorious ransomware group.
