UK Cybersecurity Group Darktrace Eyes $4B Listing

Darktrace, a British cybersecurity outfit whose clients include Rolls-Royce and Coca-Cola, has unveiled plans for a $4 billion London listing. So reports Reuters.

DarktraceFormed in Cambridge in 2013, Darktrace picks up atypical activity in networks by using artificial intelligence.

An early Darktrace backer was Mike Lynch, the founder and former CEO of software group Autonomy, who is battling U.S. extradition on fraud charges. He denies wrongdoing.
