Biden Fills Cybersecurity Jobs for Incoming Administration

The Biden transition team has announced a spate of national security hires that includes some key cybersecurity personnel. So reports CyberScoop.

She previously worked in the Department of Homeland Security unit that Congress rebranded as the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Infrastructure. She takes a similar position as senior director for resilience and response.

Separately, the Biden team has said it will nominate Lisa Monaco, who had key cybersecurity responsibilities as homeland security adviser under Obama, to be the president-elect’s deputy attorney general.
