Alibaba-owned e-Commerce Firm Reveals Data Breach

Lazada, a Southeast Asian e-commerce firm owned by China-based tech giant Alibaba, has suffered a data breach. So reports CNBC.

lazadaLazada said it recently discovered that a customer database for RedMart, its online grocery delivery service in Singapore, was illegally accessed.

The firm told CNBC that the breach affected 1.1 million RedMart accounts.
