Zynga Confirms 'Words with Friends' Data Breach

Mobile game publisher Zynga has confirmed that account login information for its popular games 'Words With Friends' and 'Draw Something' has been breached. So reports CNET.

Zynga said it alerted law enforcement about the hack and had taken action to safeguard accounts, including asking some users to reset their passwords. A hacker is reportedly claiming to have stolen data from more than 218 million 'Words With Friends' accounts. Zynga’s statement did not say how many accounts were affected.
