Trump’s 2020 Budget Seeks $9.6B for Cybersecurity

President Donald Trump’s proposed budget for the 2020 fiscal year includes more than $9.6 billion to fund the U.S. Department of Defense’s cybersecurity goals. So reports Engadget.

As proposed, the money would go toward “safeguarding DOD’s networks, information, and systems; supporting military commander objectives; and defending the nation.” Some of that includes supporting Cyber Command, which focuses on cyber warfare.
