Palo Alto to Buy Demisto in $560M Cybersecurity Deal

Cyber security provider Palo Alto Networks has agreed to pay $560 million in cash and stock to acquire U.S.-Israeli information security outfit Demisto Inc. So reports Reuters.

Demisto was launched by four McAfee veterans in 2015. The firm offers chatbots and other forms of automation for handling information security.
