A data breach on the shuttered Google+ platform has led to a shareholder lawsuit against Google’s parent company, Alphabet. So reports Law.com.

An investor sued Alphabet earlier this month in Delaware Chancery Court seeking corporate documents related to the board’s oversight of the breach, which reportedly affected almost 500,000 users. The suit is also seeking information related to sexual misconduct allegations against former executives.
