German Politicians’ Data Exposed in Massive Breach

The personal data of 994 German politicians, including Chancellor Angela Merkel, were published online. So reports The Financial Times.

A 20-year-old man who confessed to the cyber attack—one of Germany’s worst ever—said he was “annoyed” by the politicians’ public statements. The hack targeted all major political parties except the far-right Alternative for Germany.
