Google Buys Cybersecurity Firm Siemplify for a Reported $500M

Google has acquired Israel-founded cybersecurity startup Siemplify for what sources have said is a price tag of $500 million. So reports TechCrunch.

google 485611 640smallGoogle and Siemplify CEO Amos Stern have observed that Siemplify will be folded into the Chronicle enterprise security business within the Google Cloud Platform.

Siemplify, which now has its head office in New York, had raised $58 million overall in funding rounds.
