Many cybersecurity pros are being reassigned to general information technology support roles as organizations adapt to working from home, a shift that could raise the risk of cyber attacks. So reports ZDNet.

cyber security 1914950 640smallAccording to a survey by International Information System Security Certification Consortium, 47% of cybersecurity pros surveyed say they’ve been moved to general IT duties.

Of security pros who’ve been reassigned to IT, 30% say they’ve seen a rise in security incidents against their organization, versus 17% who say their tasks have stayed the same but incidents have risen.
