Ireland’s data protection watchdog recently confirmed that in late 2020 it shared a draft decision with fellow EU data regulators.
The draft is only the second such measure from Ireland’s Data Protection Commission, following an investigation into a Twitter data breach that resulted in December in a $550,000 penalty.
