DHS said that its Cybersecurity Talent Management System will first be used to fill roles at the department’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and the DHS office of the chief information officer, expanding next year to cybersecurity jobs at other DHS agencies.
The upper salary limit in CTMS is typically the vice president’s salary, $255,800 in 2021, but in limited circumstances there is an extended range with a limit as high as $332,100.
