Chaillan recently told the Financial Times that the United States would “have no competing fighting chance against China in 15 to 20 years.”
Chaillan contended in the interview that developments in advancing technologies have put China too far ahead for the United States to catch up and compared preparedness at some levels of government to “kindergarten.”
