The Transportation Security Agency, part of the Department of Homeland Security, recently rolled out its second cybersecurity directive in the wake of the Colonial attack.
The latest measure requires pipeline owners and operators to reassess their cybersecurity plans, to take certain steps to defend against ransomware attacks and to draw up recovery plans.
