The health giant said that almost 3,700 of those individuals, or 2.5%, suffered the theft of their Social Security numbers, their driver’s license numbers or both.
Scripps said its inquiry into the attack, which disrupted operations for almost an entire month, is continuing, and that some of the stolen data has yet to be identified.
