Did Israeli Cyberattack Cut Power at Iranian Nuke Facility?

U.S. and Israeli sources have told Western reports that Israel was responsible for a cyber attack and blackout at the Natanz nuclear facility in Iran, though Israel has not formally said it was behind the effort. So reports The Intercept.

israel 162325 640 smallThe operation echoed past incidents at Natanz, such as the Stuxnet cyber attack that shut down some centrifuges from 2007 to 2010 and a July 2020 explosion that resulted in a fire.

David Albright, founder and president of the Institute for Science and International Security in Washington, D.C., said the goal this time was likely to take out centrifuges.
