Caitlin Durkovich is among the new hires. She previously worked in the Department of Homeland Security unit that Congress rebranded as the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Infrastructure. She takes a similar position as senior director for resilience and response.
Separately, the Biden team has said it will nominate Lisa Monaco, who had key cybersecurity responsibilities as homeland security adviser under Obama, to be the president-elect’s deputy attorney general.
