The health insurer’s settlement with the Office for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services represents the second-biggest Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act settlement, according to the agency. The highest HIPAA payout was Anthem’s $16 million settlement two years ago.
