Yarden Bidani and Itay Huri, Israeli citizens arrested in 2016 at age 18, ran vDOS, a service enabling distributed denial-of-service attacks (DDoS).
The sentences were the lowest allowed because both defendants were minors during most of their offenses for which they convicted, including “corrupting/disturbing a computer or computer material.”
