The lawsuits, filed by separate groups of Ohio residents in Manhattan federal court and Cleveland state court, claim the residents’ personal data was compromised on the Deloitte-built website.
The suits came after Ohio and two other states with web portals built by Deloitte, Illinois and Colorado, disclosed that benefit applicants’ Social Security numbers, home addresses and other details were visible to others.
