The 80-page assessment by Booz Allen breaks up more than 200 security incidents involving the GRU, Russia’s military intelligence agency, into categories.
“By understanding why adversaries act,” Booz Allen’s researchers noted, “defenders can better anticipate when, where, and in what form those actions may occur and take deliberate action to mitigate their risk based on that insight.”
