A March 6 phishing incident affecting one Oregon Department of Human Services worker may have exposed clients’ personal information to an unauthorized party, as the St. Helens Chronicle reports.

Similarly, a phishing incident may have compromised patient information between January 7 and February 21 at University of Utah Health, the hospital said, according to KSL.
