According to cybersecurity firm Proofpoint, hackers have cited details about how the coronavirus could affect shipping in malware-containing emails aimed at the manufacturing, financial, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and transportation businesses.
The hackers are probably based in Russia or Eastern Europe, Proofpoint said.
