The bipartisan Cybersecurity and Vulnerability Identification and Notification Act won unanimous approval from the House Homeland Security Committee.

The legislation would allow the DHS’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency to subpoena internet service providers for details about cyber vulnerabilities found in critical infrastructure organizations’ networks.
