Nasdaq Cybersecurity ETF Suit Heads to Trial

In October 2017, Nasdaq sued ETF Managers Group, claiming the New Jersey-based exchange-traded funds provider illegally pocketed millions of dollars in fees generated by funds that included a popular cybersecurity ETF known by its HACK ticker. So reports The Wall Street Journal.

The case has come to trial at last in a New York court, turning heads across the ETF industry. Nasdaq is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
