Huawei Open to U.S. Eval Centers, Multi-billion Cybersecurity Plan

Chinese mobile giant Huawei announced it will spend billions of dollars to boost its cybersecurity capabilities in the wake of suspicions its hardware has been compromised. So reports TechRadar.

The company is also considering opening new evaluation centers in the U.S. and Australia after opening ones in Canada, the U.K. and Germany. Huawei rotating Chairman Ken Hu said the company has not had a serious cybersecurity incident in three decades.
